Out and About

An animation created for the students of Coventry University through the Coventry University Students' Union in order to encourage its students to practice safety even when they are on a night out.

The concept and the look have been created in collaboration with Hidamari Design, with the goal of making the information more appealing to a younger audience. To accomplish this, we took a different approach than the normal safety videos, employing a vibrant palette, a lively persona, and playful actions throughout.

My involvement in the project began with brainstorming and progressed to character design and final animation. The illustrations and animation were created in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro, alongside Joystick 'n Sliders and other numerous plug-ins.
